Work with Isaac – Online Coaching Program

Motivated to achieve great performance and physique results? Have the fire to change your body? Still just not seeing the results you’re after? I’m here to provide the focus, direction, and coaching that you need to finally build the physique and performance you’re looking for.

This is NOT “Online Personal Training”

How many great athletes and teams do you know of that reach their true peak without a coach?

The answer is “very few”.

If you’ve been going it alone and not seeing the results that you’re after then it might be time to look to finding a coach.

I’m not going to just give you some sort of canned program that is designed for everyone. Instead, after a interview and consultation process I will pinpoint exactly the areas in your lifestyle and training that need to be addressed, nail down your concrete goals, and we will establish the best plan to achieve those goals.

I will provide:

1. A monthly progressive program that is designed for you and your goals. This program will be tailored exclusively to you, your environment, your strengths and limitations, and your needs. Throughout the training cycle we’ll keep your eyes on the prize so you will be directed towards your end goals.

2. Nutrition and supplement consultation to maximize your health and the results of your training. Nutrition and proper supplementation are a huge part of success when it comes to building a strong, powerful physique. I will guide you and give nutritional feedback to maximize your results.

3. Unlimited email support. I am available through email to support you every step of the way. From questions and curiosities to motivation, I’m there.

4. Monthly consultations via phone, Skype, or Instant Messaging. I will consult with you on a monthly basis to keep you on track, keep us on the same page, and provide answers to any questions you may have.

The base cost is $147/month, and I require a minimum of three months’ initial investment. I’m only looking for serious people who are interested in making a serious commitment. I also only want those people who are going to put in the hard work necessary to achieve results. If you’re not ready for that, then please don’t waste either of our time.

I was one of those guys that spent a lot of time running (which was fast tearing my body apart) and some time in the gym doing mostly “show” exercises with free weights. I will say it again, if you want the best results of your life in and out of the gym Isaac is the guy for you.

Don’t think “oh that looks cool, but it looks a little bit pricey” that sort of thinking will keep you in your rut for the rest of your life.

Instead think about it like this:

“This is the opportunity of my life, here is a guy who has his shit together and is willing to put in the time and effort to help me change my life, my physique, and my success”.

Don’t keep regretting missed opportunity’s everyday, invest in something that will change your life for the better.

I have had the pleasure, luck, and honor to be able to work with Isaac. Isaac is an unbelievable personal trainer!
I have had weight issues all of my life. Three and a half years ago I lost 80+ pounds. Isaac has helped me maintain my weight loss while making me leaner and stronger. His workouts are unbelievable, and I always see results! He is a serious trainer, but truly listens to the client so that they achieve the results together.
If you have the opportunity to train with Isaac, please do…you won’t regret it!

My name is Sid and I am an Isaac addict. I am 56 years old and in my youth pursued all aspects of life with extreme passion and abandon. I have had more broken bones and injuries than I like to think about and have had five surgeries in an attempt to put Humpty Dumpty back together again. In 2010, barely able to walk, I went to Isaac and asked if he would work with me and try to get me back to some semblance of my former self. It has been around a year now and it seems that he works with me with less disgust than in the beginning. To measure what he has done for me is difficult. I am generally pain free, and in much better condition than I have been in decades. Actually, you don’t need to see me or even know who I am to know the results. Go to your gym, grab a 50 pound kettle bell and do three bottoms up clean and presses per side (I suggest you warm up first).

No doubt that working with Isaac gets you what you want and what you need! I used to be one of those “strong chicks” who everyone said they were afraid of. I am six feet tall, from a sort of “farmer stock” type of family, and that’s all I ever heard growing up: “I wouldn’t mess with you. You would break me!” I just kind of smirked and changed the subject. Truth is I wasn’t that strong and I was just hoping no one would ask me to demonstrate any feat of strength (that I wouldn’t be able to back up). I wanted to be strong, but I didn’t know how to go about doing it properly. Now I’m a deadlift addict and when I get that old comment of, “I wouldn’t mess with you! You’d break me!” I just nod and sad, “Yup!”.
