Make It Happen Monday – You Have a Mission Today

Today’s Make It Happen Monday is simple. It’s a mission. For you.

You’ve got two things to do today.

1. Train. Seriously. Do something physical. Get stronger, faster, and leaner. Become better.

2. Prove to the world that you’re not a dick. No, I don’t mean just “don’t be a dick”. I mean go prove it. Do something that proves it.

It’s Make It Happen Monday. You have your mission. Go accomplish it.

Post up what you did, both training and proving, below! If you feel like there’s anyone else that needs this mission, share it with them!

Well I almost made it work on Monday but I did smash it Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday so I guess that makes up for it?

Kinda of late to the party, but today I did train pretty hard at the gym, squatted 5 reps of 5 sets for 245 lbs .

Also, bought a homeless dude a junior chicken.

I feel pretty great for this week. I’m feeling better and I am more healthier too. I volunteered a homeless shelter and I worked out too. I feel pretty good you know.
